Founded in 2020 during a time when the world paused to rethink health and resilience, Flanky Nutri Foods Private Limited began as a woman-led initiative rooted in mindful nutrition and honest food practices. It emerged from a simple yet enduring belief — that everyday food, when crafted with intention and integrity, can elevate the way we eat.
Today, we focus on crafting thoughtfully developed food products that combine wholesome grains with refined flavours — bringing together nutrition, taste and tradition in formats suited for modern lifestyles. Our khakhras represent the foundation of this journey, blending millets and quality wheat to create a crisp, balanced and satisfying snacking experience.
Every batch is produced at our dedicated manufacturing facility developed on founder-owned premises, reflecting our long-term commitment to quality, consistency and responsible growth. The facility has been purpose-built to support hygienic processing, disciplined production practices and future-ready scalability as we expand our operations.
We collaborate with carefully selected ingredient suppliers to maintain quality and balanced flavour profiles across our products. Our approach focuses on delivering foods that are convenient, wholesome and enjoyable for everyday consumption.

Our journey began in 2018, long before Flanky Nutri Foods Private Limited formally took shape. At the time, our Founder, Anshu Tulsian, was deeply rooted in her role at home — yet quietly driven by the desire to build something meaningful of her own.
Her exploration into wholesome grains began as a personal pursuit to create nourishing alternatives for everyday meals. The challenge was not merely nutritional balance, but preserving the familiarity, texture and comfort that make food an enduring ritual rather than a compromise.
The idea of khakhra as a focused craft emerged unexpectedly — during a simple tea gathering where it was served by a close friend. What seemed like an ordinary moment revealed extraordinary potential. Its simplicity, versatility and deep-rooted place in Indian kitchens made it the ideal canvas to bring together tradition, grain innovation and everyday convenience.
In the early days, every khakhra was shaped and roasted by hand in her own kitchen. She personally rolled hundreds and roasted tens of thousands over time — refining thickness, texture and roast levels with each batch. There were days when the kitchen felt more like a production floor than a home, but the learning never stopped. Even the home office quietly transformed into storage space, stacked with carefully packed boxes awaiting delivery — a small but determined operation built on belief and persistence.
What began at the family table gradually earned appreciation from friends, mentors and well-wishers. Encouraged by this response, the small kitchen initiative expanded into local exhibitions and curated community interactions, laying the foundation for something more structured and purposeful.
From these modest beginnings emerged Flanky's — shaped by resilience, craftsmanship and a deep respect for ingredients.
Today, that founding spirit continues to guide us. We remain committed to crafting products we would proudly serve at our own table — refined through experience, rooted in integrity and designed for evolving lifestyles.

Meet Flanky

Anshu Tulsian, fondly known as Flanky, is the founder of Flanky Nutri Foods Private Limited and a passionate advocate of mindful, wholesome nutrition.
Trained in Home Science with specialized studies in Nutrition and Health Management, Anshu combines scientific understanding with hands-on product development, bringing together traditional food wisdom and modern nutritional insight.
Her journey into food entrepreneurship began with a deep curiosity about traditional grains and their role in everyday Indian diets. What started as personal exploration gradually evolved into Flanky’s — a brand dedicated to reimagining traditional Indian foods with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and nutritional integrity.
